Four corporate events over 12 months — $1,120 per event vs $5,580 booked one at a time. One invoice, four locked dates.

Add-ons: branded target faces +$150 · tournament bracket + engraved trophy +$195 · second coach for 60+ guests +$225. Travel is free within 25 miles of Richmond; $3/mile round-trip after.

    Deposit & cancellation policy

    Simple, fair, and the same for every event.

    Deposit & balance

    $100 holds your date (events over $1,000: 25% deposit). Your deposit applies to the balance and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll send a secure card link once your date is confirmed.

    If you need to cancel

    15+ days out: you forfeit the deposit only. Within 14 days: 50% of the total is owed. Within 48 hours or a no-show: 100% of the total is owed.

    Rescheduling & weather

    One free reschedule with 14+ days notice. Weather reschedules are always free — your deposit carries to the new date.
