    Deposit & cancellation policy

    Simple, fair, and the same for every event.

    Deposit & balance

    A 30% deposit locks your date and is non-refundable. The remaining 70% balance is due 24 hours before your event. We’ll send a secure card link once your date is confirmed.

    If you need to cancel

    15+ days out: you forfeit the deposit only. Within 14 days: 50% of the total is owed. Within 48 hours or a no-show: 100% of the total is owed.

    Rescheduling & weather

    One free reschedule with 14+ days notice. Weather reschedules are always free — your deposit carries to the new date.
