Private Parties

From $795

$40 per attendee, $795 minimum, with 90 minutes included. Attendance pricing caps at 40. Additional time available.

Corporate / Team Building

From $1,295

Attendance and duration pricing plus coordination. Example: 60 attendees for 3 hours is $2,000 before travel or upgrades.

Weddings

From $1,295

Welcome parties, receptions and rehearsal weekends. Jack confirms guest flow, timing and venue details.

Festival / Open Attendance

$1,995 · up to 3 hrs

Rotating participation, +$250 per extra hour. Travel and optional upgrades are separate.

Add-ons: branded target faces +$150 · tournament bracket + engraved trophy +$195 · additional coach (optional) +$225. Travel is free within 25 miles of Richmond; $3/mile round-trip after.

    Mobile events depend on date, distance, setup area, staffing, duration, guest count, and event flow. A fast confirmation protects both sides.

    What should I include?

    Venue name, address or city, expected headcount, timing, surface type, and whether guests will rotate through or compete in a tournament.

    Deposit & cancellation policy

    Simple, fair, and the same for every event.

    Deposit & balance

    A deposit confirms your date: 25% with a $200 minimum. Your deposit applies to the balance and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We’ll send a secure card link once availability and your quote are confirmed.

    If you need to cancel

    15+ days out: you forfeit the deposit only. Within 14 days: 50% of the total is owed. Within 48 hours or a no-show: 100% of the total is owed.

    Rescheduling & weather

    One free reschedule with 14+ days notice. Weather reschedules are always free — your deposit carries to the new date.
