Axe-Throwing Fundraisers That Actually Pull a Crowd

5.0 rating 46 reviews Fully insured Coaches included Family-owned

Why an axe trailer out-draws another bake sale

An axe throwing fundraiser recruits its own crowd: a trailer-mounted, coached range rolls into your lot and curiosity does the rest. Family-owned, Richmond-based, six years on the road — we bring it to schools, churches, and nonprofits anywhere in Virginia.

The line builds itself

The thunk of steel into pine carries across a parking lot. People wander over, watch one throw, and want a turn.

Coaches make everyone good

Every thrower gets coached. With 30,000+ throws taught, we get first-timers sticking the target — and the line keeps moving.

Your volunteers stay free

We bring the targets, axes, staff, safety oversight, and teardown. Your people work the crowd and the cause, not the equipment.

Schools, boosters, churches and charity events

PTAs, booster clubs, youth sports leagues, church groups, and nonprofits use the range as the crowd-pulling centerpiece of fall festivals and carnival nights. As school fundraiser entertainment goes, it’s hard to top: great for teens and adults, and our coaches tailor the experience to your group. Hunting for unique fundraising event ideas in Richmond or beyond? A coached axe range is the booth people text their friends about mid-event.

Safety, insurance and how we plan the format with you

Every lane runs under a coach’s supervision and every thrower gets instruction before they throw. We’re fully insured, and a COI is available on request for your school, church, or venue. Setup needs roughly a 30-by-20-foot area for two lanes, so parking lots, fields, courtyards, and large driveways all work — we confirm surface, access, and guest flow with you before the quote is locked.

On format: we don’t push a one-size revenue model. Some groups sell throws as tickets, some run timed sessions, some build a bracket around the lanes. Tell us your goal and we’ll help you plan a format that fits it. Call or text Jack at (804) 664-2207 to talk it through.

Pricing Starts at $350

Small private events of about 15 guests or fewer run roughly two hours and start at $350. Mid-size events typically land between $1,200 and $2,500, and large community fundraisers or festival-scale activations are custom-quoted. Quotes come back within 24 hours and a deposit holds your date — request your date here.
