Outdoor graduation party ideas live or die on logistics, so here is ours: the trailer needs roughly a 30 by 20 foot area for two lanes. Driveways, backyards, cul-de-sacs, fields, and parking areas may work after a site check — we confirm surface, access, and guest flow with you before the quote is locked, so we can plan the setup in advance.
A small private party — up to 30 guests across roughly two hours — starts at $795. Bigger celebrations, joint parties for several graduates, or longer windows are quoted custom. Lock a May-June date before the calendar fills
Graduation season is in full swing, and May and June weekends go first. Quotes come back within 24 hours and a deposit holds your date — that is the whole process. How long should we book?
Most backyard grad parties run about two hours, which gives 15 or so guests plenty of throws. Larger guest lists get a longer window scoped in the quote.
What if our date is close?
Ask anyway. Quotes go out within 24 hours, and if your weekend is open, a deposit locks it on the spot.
